When you have completed the Counselor Approval Form:

  • Mail the form with a check payable to Jefferson County Public Schools/College NOW!, 900 South Floyd Street, Louisville, KY 40203


  • Deliver the form and payment (cash, check, MasterCard or VISA) in person to the College NOW! Office.

    Private, parochial, or home schooled students residing in Jefferson County, KY enrolling in JCHS - 1/2 credit course ($100.00)
    		  
     
    Tuition for ALL Other Students - 1/2 Credit Course ($200.00)
